so far shug its mostky been tae advantage of th ects and kid being out for nice longnap time..lol..but my arm isnt hurting.. at the moment.. and i am going to try and do exactly what dr said to tommorrow. keep it elevated, iced AND rest it.. by goingto work, sitting in achair and talking the crew through installing 2 sets of french doors
