I was happy to see a Moe's near Kings Island where we'll be spending a couple days next week, so we'll head there for a meal (or two). We have so many restaurants on our list that we might need to eat about 4 meals a day. And this is supposed to be a budget trip, which is why we are going to Ohio. Who goes to Ohio on vacation unless they have family in Ohio?

LB, glad they caught the ear infection. That would have hurt on the plane.

I had a quesadilla for lunch, and I am so stuffed I just want to go to sleep!

Took ds to his allergist apt. this morning, then off to Moe's for lunch--ooooo, I was so excited to try something new! We park and head to the front door, when a workman rounds the corner and says, "Uh, we won't be done with the place for about a month..." Seems Moe's is still under construction on the inside, and I, with the promise of all that delicious looking food, never took notice. What a maroon!

We have Open House tonight, and Chris starts 5th grade tomorrow--it's too, too soon!

We did that with a Cici's before. We were so excited that one was opening close to us and were all set to head in the door when we realized it wasn't open yet.

And I was so looking forward to your report. Looks like they have lots on the menu for us veg heads. Love their sense of humor. Reminds me of a local chain--California Tortilla.

I feel really off today. Felt the same last night and really thought I'd wake up sick, but still feel the same. It's that time of the month, but that's not how I feel. Just want to curl in a ball and go to sleep, which isn't like me. But then last night I wasn't sleepy when it was time to go to bed. I don't know what's going on, but I hope I'm not getting sick.

No, I haven't really had time to take pictures of them lately with the whole job fiasco. But I am taking Sophie to get her photograph taken this weekend witht he photographer that did Bogart's bathtub picture a few months ago. I was going to get a cute shot of them sleeping the other day and my memory stick wasn't in the camera.

I've been working on buying DD's college textbooks online - I'm saving mucho dinero by ordering them from half.com. However, one of them wasn't showing much of a savings, so I found one on ebay, and I just won my auction for it. The stupid thing would have cost me $90.50 (used) at the university bookstore, but I got it for $35.50 including shipping!

Hope you feel better soon, T&B. BTW, Moe's has something else in common with CiCi's - when you walk in the door, somebody yells, "Welcome to Moe's!" at you, just like they do at CiCi's.

LB, thanks for the warning about Moe's--now I can yell something back. And yes, I would really do it. Ask Merle. I haven't noticed that about Cici's, so either ours doesn't do it or they have been busy or I just thought they were friendly. Or I'm forgetting which is very possible. They do it at California Tortilla.

I've been in most of today, other than a few minutes picking blackberries. Out more yesterday at the pool, but not a lot. Maybe a good night sleep will help. Going to grab a quick bit and bring Jake to the pool for a little while before they close. It's nice this time in the evening.

When to Costco. They didn't have bomb shelter supplies.
