Oh and DD12 has just come home gloating about the fact that she got a boy in her class in trouble for kicking her in the hall today.

Now I know this boy. I know his parents. He isn't the kick you the hall type. I also know my daughter. So I asked her what she did to him first.

DD: "nothing"

Me: "Now tell me the truth or I will call his Mom and talk to him."

DD: "Well I might have called him carrothead a few times."

Me: "When?"

DD: "Today. But he isn't allowed to kick me! And it hurt!"

Me: "Sounds like you totally deserved to be kicked. I would have kicked you to! I don't want to hear about it. Exactly how much trouble did you get him in?"

DD: "He just got told not to kick me and had to apologize."

Me: "Well now it is your turn to apologize to him. You have a choice. You can either write him an apology note or call him on the phone. Which do you prefer?"

DD: (do we have a tantrum smilie?) "That's not fair! I hate you!"


She choose to write the note which I have approved. She is making her snack now. Wait until she finds out she gets to spend the rest of the afternoon now cleaning her room to complete her punishment. If she had gotten him sent to the principal's office she would be in a world of doo-doo.

In highschool, there was this boy, freaky thing, always pushing his you know what in my face..LOL!

He had red hair, called him TORCH! Still today I would call that boy that.

OK, so this was posted on Ash's MySpace page, from one of her friends (IRL I assume). Frog, Mel and Bomb all asked after, but no one has responded. I emailed the friend that seems to know, but she hasn't logged in yet today.

This boy isn't an angel, but he isn't that bad! He really is pretty quiet. I just get so annoyed with DD pushing kids buttons and then running crying to the teacher when they push back. It irks the crap out of me. She is such a baby about that stuff . She calls kids names and then comes home crying because they called her a name. She shoves he face in someone else's business and acts like a brat and then gets all upset when they yell at her to go away.

Yes, I know he shouldn't have kicked her, but she needs to figure out really soon that if you call people names and push their buttons they may strike back. I am sure he didn't do it hard. The next time it may be someone that beats the crap out of her.


I love her, really I do. But she has this "oh woe is me" mentality that just drives me nuts.

So here is my other funny COULD HAVE BEEN BAD story for today. DH forwards me an email from work about the Department Christmas Dinner being held at a restaurant. But somehow the way it was sent it was actually "FROM" his boss. So when I hit reply it was set to go back to his BOSS!

I am so glad that I figured out it was set to go back to his boss and not to him!!!!

I've been texting back and forth to her for the past couple hours and haven't had a problem.

And a real live person came over to see me! Okay, she really came over to pick up her daughter that came home with mine on the bus. But she stayed for a few minutes to talk.
