Who else has never used the self-cleaning part of their oven?

I have never used it on this oven or any other that I've had. But last night I had to make dh some little weinie things to take to work and the brown sugar and bacon grease dripped out of the pan and all over the side of my oven. It was a burnt on mess. So I self cleaned it and it looks gorgeous.

Modern technology can be awesome!

I love you teva! Yes, that's all I use when I clean my oven. Makes the house stink when using it, but it sure is easy. Sorry about the weinie problems.

My family is so damn noisy. The kids were singing "The Men in Black" song to Magic, one of our dogs. He was happy and barking since he was getting all that attention, Sheena came in and started biting the back of Magic's legs since she was jealous, Magic was biting back (not really biting--they just play that way), and both of the dogs were barking. Of course before too many years I'm going to miss this Chaos. At least that's what I tell myself.

Who wants to entertain me? I need entertaining.

Tonight I need to order my mother her Christmas present. Something that she can use up since she does NOT need more stuff. I'm thinking Dale and Thomas popcorn.

I had a day, had to go to dr, have a bad bone bruise in my forearm, they took x-rays to make sure nothing fractured or anything, got some pain pills, was told by RX I could take one pain pill with an alleve. . .

I am shocked I am actually getting everything done, with my forearm killing me!

I've sent her H & D before (and so has my sister), but she lives about an hour away from their headquarters and doesn't exactly appreciate it. She's a tough one to shop for because she's very cheap and really doesn't appreciate many things (thinks that most things just aren't worth it, which is sometimes true, but she's this way even with really good quality stuff).
