Don't worry 4s.....

I'll probably always be on the bottom.

Mornin', all. :flower3:

My packing advice for anyone who needs it:

It's been hot and humid this week. I was out yesterday with the girls, and they were sweating in the car with the AC running. :sad2: It has been a little cooler at night (not by any means cold), but the weather is unpredictable. I'd suggest shorts/capris and cooler shirts, with one pair of jeans or pants and a light jacket or sweater. You never know from one day to the next, and the weather report is not always accurate.

I'll probably always be on the bottom.

Being on top is fun, but being on the bottom is nice and comfy, too. ;)

Thanks 3P!!

No problem. I'll update you guys again over the next few days for those who haven't left yet or whatever. Unless a major cold front comes through, I doubt the advice will change much.

it aint gottadrop that far to get there.

sunday it was 90 and humid here.

yesterday rainy and warm ,,, until the temperature dropped from 84 at our store when i left at 3, to 61 at the store when i got home.at 430(can check store page for local weather and temp) and it was 50 by bedtime. today its rainy and cold.. forecast high 57 degrees.....with a low in the lower 40's tonight.

Is anyone else not packing until the day before they leave? I am always amazed that everyone has a wardrobe that big! And I'm ME!

For me it depends on the weather. Right now I can pack most stuff because I am not wearing most of what I will be bringing, capris and t-shirts.

nude panties

 Is that anything like commando?

I am soooooo tired today, I kept having weird dreams and waking up. :headache: Don't remember the specifics but I do seem to recall eggplant being envolved! :confused3

Are you serious? Hmm. I guess I could watch the news. There tends to be lots of good information there.

Personally, I'm hoping for a bit of cooler weather. Sometimes I hate living in Florida.

morning:surfweb:

DD7 went off to school on the bus just fine this moring with no metion of the vandalism that scared her yesterday. She is such a resiliant kid. I am constantly amazed at how 2 people can come together and make such totally opposite children! DD11 would have had nightmares all night and been refusing to go to school and would probably have had anxiety attacks over this for weeks. And for the record--DD7 takes after ME--DD11 takes after her DAD!!

then the kids had to wake me to take them to school. Im so thankful they are the type to get themselves up and dressed. I did get up in time to toss them some breakfast before we left.

Keep training! My kids get themselves up, get dressed AND get their own breakfast before I get up in the morning!:thumbsup2

 For DH anything involving eggplant is a total nightmare! That is his most hated food!!!

I have a Rubbermaid Tote full of Hot Wheels cars, tracks and playsets (car wash, police station etc...). Someone is on the way over to look at what I have for sale. How much should I ask for that? I am thinking $15 or $20--I dont' want to undersell it but I do want it gone.

Just remember, they'll probably try to talk you down. If the tote is a good sized one, I'd ask for more. It could be full of collectibles that are worth some money!

no kiudding on the weather stuff it was insane. i left for work at 345 am, and ran the ac on low going in. left work for home at 3:15 pm and ran the h eat by time i got here. it was crazy. and hte rain was so heavy at times you couldnt see anything ahead of you.

collectability depends on the condition of the stuff with hot wheels..

i collect HW corvettes, but i prefer to finnd used ones in good shape vs nip versions. lts, if the stuff is in goodshape i would start at 50 bucks, then negotiate a lower price that was still above what i would take. if its someone buying them for thier kids, i wouldgo even lower. in my opinion, toys should not be colected they should be played with.

Do you have a license to practice in the state of FL, cause if not we're screwed.

Pro hac vice, Latin for "for this occasion" or "for this event," (literally, "for this turn") is a legal term usually referring to a lawyer who has not been admitted to practice in a certain jurisdiction, but has been allowed to participate in a particular case in that jurisdiction.

good luck to Myster and Caros mom today :grouphug:

You are a very wise man Frog.

These are all played with, I don't think that there is anything collectable in them. And if there were my kids have chewed on them and played with them in the mud and bathtub so they wouldn't be worth anything for collectable purpose.

I tried to look on ebay, but all I can really find are sets in the boxes, not just "here, buy this for your kids to play with" bulk sets.

I have been freecycling most of my toys and craft items and used homeschooling books because I decided it just wanted it all GONE! I didn't want to mess with selling most of it. But this is a big set and I didn't really feel like giving it away. I am also selling my good, unused sets of homeschool books. A little extra Disney cash!!!
