The ironic thing is that I have been hoping DH would buy a new guitar or need a new computer something to use as a bargaining chip so if you pass thsi up, I will be quite disappointed with you. And Caro said in the CH that she needs a roomie so it sounds like a match made in heaven if you ask me!
