Well DH hasn't called me all night so I guess that means that he hasn't gotten a break, again. It's still 87 degrees outside at 10:30 pm and they don't have a/c in the building he works in, and he doesn't get a break for dinner or anything. It's so unfair.

What does he do? That sounds crazy!

It is crazy. I've never seen a place take advantage of the fact that there isn't a law forcing them to give workers breaks before. He manages a small production team and runs a machine that molds carpet for cars. The machine is always breaking down and he has to climb in and out of it all night fixing things and running back and forth across the plant because they don't supply him with the proper tools and equipment.

I just had a biker wedding advertisement at the top of the page. I'm not sure those places during bike weeks are family friendly! Yes let's let all the Dis'ers know about Sturgis. Maybe they'll want to bring the kids.

eta: I have nothing against bikers or bike weeks anywhere. They are great. My comment is about a bit of double standards on the DIS. Family friendly and Sturgis do not belong in the same sentence.

David, I had no idea your DP was sick. Pneumonia sucks! I've had it a handful of times over the last few years, and it seriously bites the big one. I hope he gets better really soon.
