For those having to go bowling etc. Myster was trying to go down that road. Then awhile later he said it's too freakin' hot. I said exatly so it's too hot to freak.

He said it was too hot? Write that one down in the books. They are never too hot, sick or tired and according to them it cures everything.

You all are just too funny. I think that I will just avoid shopping for now. Even he is too tired tonight.

But I have my TENS machine hooked up to my feet--boy am I totally loving this thing! It so helps the pain--after the party last night I had the intensity up to almost 30, tonight I am only at about 5. It does some sort of electrical stiimlation and can be freaky. Right now where I have the elcetrodes it is make my 3rd toe on each foot wiggle! It was freaking DH out. He made me put a blanket on my feet!

Actually it is very rarely used for feet. Usually it is used for backs, shoulders, hips, necks, knees, wrists etc... They actually weren't very sure how to use it for my feet so they told me to just experiment with it! I used one on my hip when I had bursitis years ago.

It is an extremely freaky feeling, but it really helps block the pain with no side effects. I have lots of problems with anti inflammitories and my stomach so I can't take them much.
