I'm on effexor, which is sometimes given by GI docs for IBS even though I'm on it for depression.

Oh he is in for it. He knows that I never put up with a lot of crap, but that our marriage isn't doing well and that I wish we'd divorced several years ago (he's had anger issues that he hasn't wanted to work on). That kind of gave him something to think about, but I've noticed in the last week his anger issues are starting to creep back. I will not wait a few years this time, however, even though it would be best if I could go back to school and finish my education like I should have done 20 something years ago.

Geez, I'm in a mood tonight.

I saw your response before I left last night, but didn't have to time to respond. So, I woke up this morning and had to go back TEN pages to find it again.

All of that hard work, just to say sorry. I hope things can be healed. I've been in your shoes and I know how fun (not) it is.

There are some perks...you can expel gas in public areas and people laugh, you don't have to sit on yucky toilet seats to pee, you can play dumb when people ask you to do housework....

My DH just called. Said he called to say he loved me.
Also asked if I've given more thought to our planned trip in November (I was hesitant about the dates). He then told me.......are you sitting down........he's ready to go back! He has caught the bug. I never thought I would hear him utter those words.

Of course, I'm ready to go now.....not wait until November!

My trip was pretty good - lots of work, got to hang with hubby's family a bit, which was nice, got to see an old college friend, also nice. I'm glad to be home, though. Plus, look what my ticker says now!
