Tig, I love that picture of Jake and it reminded me that Libby is supposed to start swimming lessons this week. Of course I can't remember exactly what I signed her up for so I'll be calling the Y tomorrow .

I just asked DH if I could have a day of nothing and he said yes. I made him happy this morning so I guess it's my reward .

He works in a paper mill and is the VP of the local union. Meaning he gets paid to argue, its an itallian mans dream come true

DD11 just asked to approve a website for her to go to (she isn't allowed to go to sites unless I approve them). I didn't really think it was appropriate and told her no. She mouthed off and stomped back to her computer complaining.

So I told her she just lost her computer time for being disrespectful and throwing a fit over my decision. So of course she is now crying in her room cause I am such a mean, witchy mom.

I have to go to the store in few minutes and will have to take the kids since DH is out. She already didnt' want to go--I have a feeling this trip will make a root canal seem fun .

Ugh. I hear ya. DD10.5 was in her room crying yesterday because....well, shoot it happened so often I forgot why. I know one of the reasons was because I told her to go to bed and stop coming out to tell me stupid inconsequential stuff. Another time it was because people she tried to deliver GS cookies to were not home.
