It is all downhill from here--the box of Samoas have been opened. I don't think they will survive the day.

I played hooky from church today too so I guess we will need to those Heavy Duty Flame Proof suits. . . But DD11 had a shooting tournament at 8am this morning--I can't believe they hold them on Sunday mornings, I guess I am not in the Bible Belt anymore.

Shug, let me know when you get home from shopping so I can call Bruce and see how much to increase the cookie order by. . .

Scrappy, I'm right in the BB, and they do sports tournies (and regular games/matches, and just plain practices, even) on Sunday mornings here all the time.

When I lived on the VA/TN border you could barely get a cup of coffee on Sunday morning before noon (except during fellowship time!). And when I taught in Texas we were cautioned not to give much homework on Wed. nights cause that was church night. Wed and Sun were off limits for most any activities.

I was really surprised when DH said her match was at 8am today.
