I started munching on "wafers" which I think are actually pieces of cardboard in disguise, last night and I'm hearing rumblings this morning. Betcha money things kick into high gear about 1:45, which is the time I have to leave for the Dr.

Good Morning. Today starts changing my dietary lifstyle. Too many wake up calls in the last few months, and I only have about 3 pairs of pants that I can even squeeze my fat **** into.

I am off to the library after I drop off the kids to get some cookbooks on healthy recipes.

I hate cooking lunch, especially since it is only for me now. Is it considered okay to just eat the Lean Cuisine's and WW frozen dinners?????? I really need to be thinking Heart Healthy. DH and I both have family history of heart problems.

I did that once. At the time I was single and I pretty much lived on lean cuisine for a month. I lost 15# doing it. It's a quick and easy lunch if you read the labels. The best thing that ever worked for me, besides my bypass that is, was giving up sugar and processed carbs. Fruits, veggies, whole wheat pasta and breads, brown or whole grain rice, protein and NO french fries are not a veggie It is however very boring

3P, they make these things that blow bubbles all by themselves.........just need a handy supply of bubble soap (which you can make yourself btw) and batteries (which you can't..........okay you CAN, but it's much easier to buy them! ).

I am literally falling over here. I am soooo sleepy. And one of the kids just asked what was wrong with my voice.

I just talked to Vero........I'll have to call her back and ask her if something's wrong with my voice.
