Oh for crying out loud, you guys! It's a euphemism for what the pop rocks are used for. :thumbsup2

Robin, your carpet thread... :rotfl: ETA, I'm surprised that somebody isn't "Here_Yet". Where are you? You must be lurking! ;)

I just made a comment about carpet grooming there. You know, you can buy a carpet shaver...

Just to stay awake.........

Veronica says my voice is raspy........she thought I had a sore throat.........I am so tired. I can't open my eyes fully either. And the principal stopped in to talk to me about the rash of press on tattoos and colored hair gel appearing among my boys.

Maaaannnn.

Hmmm, Herc didn't comment on my post about Home Depot.

I saw lessons on Nickelodeon one day on how to apply temporary tattoos, courtesy of the Naked Brothers Band.

My DS wants a real one, and he wants me to pay for it. :rotfl2:

Still don't see the connection to 'home depot' and playing the flute. :confused3

And remember, beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder. :teeth:

Home Depot is not a place most women like to go.

ETA: We only do it if it's neccesary to fix something, or if we will somehow benefit from it.

They try to milk you?? Isn't that what that little Superman guy is doing? Trying to milk something the way his hands look:confused3

That's what I'm saying! :rolleyes1

I started munching on "wafers" which I think are actually pieces of cardboard in disguise, last night and I'm hearing rumblings this morning. Betcha money things kick into high gear about 1:45, which is the time I have to leave for the Dr.

I did that once. At the time I was single and I pretty much lived on lean cuisine for a month. I lost 15# doing it. It's a quick and easy lunch if you read the labels. The best thing that ever worked for me, besides my bypass that is, was giving up sugar and processed carbs. Fruits, veggies, whole wheat pasta and breads, brown or whole grain rice, protein and NO french fries are not a veggie :rotfl: It is however very boring

Here's what I get to look forward to today and I have a mid term to study for:rolleyes: (Iansmomm is my sister, the insane anorexic)

Someone kill me now. My dreams of sweet freedom are completely crushed :sad2:

OK, can someone 'splain the 'home depot' concept to me? I must've blinked when that one came up for discussion...:confused3
Cause I still don't unner-stand it! :headache:

And Angel won't tell me these things no mo' after the noodle incident!

Think about this carefully, what do you do with pop rocks and Altoids? If you don't get it this time, you're out of luck. :sad2:

Bomb, I am getting my teeth cleaned on Monday!!! :cool1: I'll be thinking of you.

Good job on those making appointments :thumbsup2 and a kick in the **** for those that are procrastinating. Don't make me become a melon-baller over it. Take care of yourselves ladies!!!

I can't eat oranges.

What if they are soaked in Blue Moon? ;)

Okay, all this Dr. talk made me go ahead and make the appt for my squishing. Next Wednesday at 10:40. So far I am convinced the part I am going to hate the most is not being able to wear deodorant for 4 hours. I can't stand not having it on! I even refresh it at night sometimes!

I bought spinach and asparagus and string beans and zuchhini at the store--those are about the only veggies I like. I have about 10 heart healthy/low fat cookbooks to go through.

I also bought some frozen edamame cause I keep hearing it makes a wonderful snack--anyone know what I am supposed to do to it?

I don't even know what it IS. :confused3
