Hey all! Just back from the YMCA where I took a belay certification. Very cool! Anyway, the snow is now coming down pretty heavy here. Ordering pizza and staying in.

Herc - One of the speed dial should call the person's cell. Talk about infuriating. Every time you try to dial out, your cell rings and then no one has the courtesy to say anything .

Well, they were unable to do the procedure today. Not something I want to talk about here. X-ray at the hospital sent me directly to my Dr who saw me immediately without an appt. Let's just say they are extremely concerned that the super concentrated drano they use before the procedure had absolutely no effect and now I have to see a Gastro on Weds. There's a couple of simple possibilities and several very scary ones. Guess which everyone is really thinking It's the elephant in the room.

Help me Ladies!!!

Dh comes home early on Fridays. He should be home in about 15 mins. We have an appt at 2:00 here and have to pick up the kids at 3:15. That leaves about 2 hours.

He sent me a strange email asking if we could hang out and do something or will I be busy. I THINK HE WANTS TO MAKE EYE CONTACT!

I don't want to make eye contact on a normal basis. But in the middle of the day when someone is coming to sign paperwork with us in a few hours and then we have to go pick up the kids at school that just skeeves me!

I have sent him to Wallyworld on his way home to buy me a few more minutes. What else can I do??? We have to eat lunch. I am thinking about cooking something that takes a while. . .

HELP!

Oh, just suck it up and do it.

And the update is that he was a perfect gentleman--I offered steak and french fries for lunch and that was enough to distract him!
