PM capacity

The percentage "meter" doesn't show me how much I am currently using and what is left before my box is full. Should I be able to quantify that?

Also, do the messages saved in the sent folder count toward the "filling" of the PM box?

I always delete mine after I read them, so I really don't know the answers to your questions.
