Ok gang I have seen several people interested in Pm buddies!! So if you are new and would like extra motivation or not so new and want another buddy SIGN UP!!!!!! I will take sign up either here or via PM Until August 9. I am out of town Aug 6-10 so I can match everyone up on the 11 or 12. How does that sound?? Just let us know what plan you are doing, how much you want to loose and how much you have already lost!!!
 
ME PLEASE!!!!

I have lost a total of 23.8 lbs since May 12th 2003 (don't remember when I signed up with WISH, so not sure how much since I joined).

I am doing Curves (3x a week), WATP, Windsor Pilates, walking, Tony Little Gazelle, stationary bike.....what ever I can get myself motivated to do on any given day. I have been trying to give myself only 1 day off a week.

I want to lose 47 lbs to go (to get to 130)....but won't be too upset if I get down to the 140's.....am trying to keep 130 as my goal.

Let me know if you need any other info!

I'd like one to help maintain motivation to do some form of "official" exercise every day -- walking around the office doesn't count. :) I'm doing it to try and get more energy and be less stressed.
 

OOh, me too please! I've been thinking about this lately.

I'm on a program called Health Pointe (I doubt many people here know about it)...it's basically moderate calorie, low fat, moderate carb, and high protein. I can't eat many grains, but I can eat fruits and veggies, and proteins. I'm also supposed to do a fair amount of walking, the goal is 10,000 steps per day. I try to do Pilates, but don't always make the time. I'm also thinking of picking up WATP tapes.

So far I've lost about 5.5 pounds, and I'm aiming for a total loss of 50 pounds.

Please add my name to the list. So far I have lost 15 pounds and have 55 left to shed. At this point motivation isn't a problem but then I have only been doing this since July 7 and the road ahead is long.

I failed at Atkins so the doctor put me on a low fat program. My "diet" consists of vegetables, fruit, limited bread and low fat protein. I must "engage" in physical activity every day...I am walking on the treadmill for now and am considering adding a workout for muscle tone (HA! I know I have some somewhere or at least I used to!).

I know I am going to need someone to kick my behind sooner or later!!! :p
 
Count me in!

I'm not on any particular plan - just eating healthy and exercising. I hope to lose 150lbs. I've fluctuated so much lately that I'm not sure how much I've lost

I would love a buddy!! I am on Atkins since 6/16/03 and have lost 22 pounds...I am 41 pounds away from goal!! I am very focused on what I am eating, and exercise 4 days a week. Although I need to do more!!!;)

I've lost almost 46 lbs already and I'm following Weight Watchers. I need to lose anoth 74 lbs (ugh!)

I joined W.I.S.H. 3 weeks ago and have only lost 1.5 lbs! I need someone to answer to. :) I think a PM buddy would help me a lot.

I am doing weight watchers and trying to exercise by walking everyday. I know I need to add more exercise to work off even more pounds and am trying a bit of biking and signed up for a jazz class (I used to dance a lot and thought this would be fun).

I have lost 1.5 pounds and my goal would be to loose 24 more pounds. My main motivation right now is a trip to WDW in December to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary at the Poly. My husband and I are taking the trip without the kids this time. I really would like to look better and more importantly, feel good, about how I look on this trip.
 
I would love a pm buddy. Thay would be great. I have joined WISH about 2 weeks ago and I am currently doing the atkins plan. I have lost 7 lbs. which is better than gaining but not to excited yet.

I am enrolled at curves and lead an active life. I am 3 weeks into atkins and I am still doing induction. I still have 33 lbs to go until goal.

Count me in! I'm on WW online. I've lost 8lbs. on WISH and 13 total. I have another 27 lbs. to go. I'm not sure if this makes a difference or not, but I'm on the west coast, so I'm 2 or three hours behind most of you.

I have been trying do do atkins/low carb for 1-2 weeks. I'm also nursing a 7 week old. I want to lose 50 pounds, and have lost 2 so far.

I've done well on atkins before, but am nervous about the breastfeeding thing. Also, there are a lot of new products & recipes out there that I haven't tried yet! I feel like a newbie. :)

Besides the baby, I have an almost 3 year old at home and really need support in resisting the food I have around for him. I'm slowly getting rid of them, but it's hard!

I started Atkins in mid-late May and have lost 23.75 lbs. so far, with another 84.75 to go (that was hard to admit!).

I am doing the WATP DVD and outdoor walking with Kamy's motivating spreadsheet.

We will be going on a Disney Cruise in November and I am hoping to get off another 25 lbs. before that.

I'd love a PM Buddy! I've lost 7 pounds so far, and have 11 more to go. I'm following my doctor's version of the Paleolithic Diet - lots of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, lean meats and lots of water.

I've just started exercising regularly since joining WISH, and I do WATP almost every day. I'm trying to incorporate some toning/yoga as well. Love it!

I'd like to have the rest of this weight gone by late October, and would really love to have someone help motivate me through those last few pounds (I hear those can be the toughest). I think I can, I think I can...

I would love to get a PM buddy! I've been on the Weight Watchers program for the last five weeks and I've lost a total of 8 pounds so far. I'm hoping to lose another 25-30 pounds (possibly for a December trip). I'm also trying to exercise a minimum of three times a week.
