SOme of us did this before and it worked well for some of us. THe idea is to pair whoever is willing up with someone who is on the same or similar program and has close to the same amount to loose. Offers some one on one support as well as our happy community support. What does everyone think?? Do we want to try this?? I would be willing to coordinate if people are interested. If several people have similar goals and programs we could have several peopl that are in our group.

Does any of this make any sense???
 
makes sense to me:) I'm on Atkins, day9.....lost 8lb so far and want to lose another 42lb's

Lost so far: 20lbs

Sounds like a good motivational tool. I know I don't send congratulatory pms nearly often enough. I know, I'm bad. But it doesn't mean that I'm not proud and happy for everyone because I <b>am</b>.

I would love a buddy! I have a few already, but we just PM now and then! It is a great way to stay motivated!! I like the idea of a more structured PM support system!

I'm doing WW. I power walk several times a week. I need to work on weight training, so I would love to be accountable to someone for that!!! :)

I wouldn't mind some extra support! Is it too late to join?

To Lose: Half of me? :o I haven't set a 'final' goal yet - just trying to do baby steps. ;) I am set on losing 70 pounds, but may do more when I get there! :p

So far: 9 pounds on WISH, but 14 total :teeth:
