Pluto's Pajama Party

Yes they really come in PJ's. My son was 6 this past April and he couldn't wait for that night to come. It was fun and games.Pluto came down with them. Kids also colored and received a Pluoto Pajama Party pillow case for participating. My son LOVED it.

Did they get to take pictures with Pluto? I've always wondered if we would ever get the opportunity to see those pictures.

This appears to be one the same night as pirate night on the three night Bahamas Dream cruise, looking at navigators from the same time 2014 cruise as ours will be in 2015. Will it be over in time for the pirate activities/fireworks?

DO they have the pj party on the Deam-4 day ? WE LEAVE JULY 15-19,2015..Also do the kids spend the entire night ?-confused Please tell me how this works? I'm NEWBIE -but so excited can barely type..

The kids can wear pjs if they want but do not have to. They do not spend the night. It is an hour scheduled activity. Pluto comes, they play games, then they get an adorable pillow case to keep and color in with fabric markers. There are no pictures taken during this that I know of. My kids have gone several times and I never saw any. I know they do pictures with toy soldiders during toy story boot camp and I believe there is another photo op during kids club with Mickey at some point for mouskateers training. Hope that helps =)

Yes it helps greatly--What time does all this usually take place? So we can Pack the boy's PJ,s --They are 7 & 9 --Is it only a 1 time thing on the 4 day cruise? My 2 GS will love this..

I don't know if there is a set day/time. They were always different days each time I went. I know on the 7 night cruises I have been on they were always around 7:30-8:30ish time frame. On every cruise accept one it was only offered once a cruise. For some reason on one cruise they had it twice. ( Maybe there were more kids on the ship that trip or something?)

We have been on 3,4, and 7 night cruises and DS has gone to the PJ party on every one. It is the one activity that he will always go to at the kids club. He wears his PJs and Pluto joins the party. there have not been any pictures.

Is this on three night cruises too or just longer ones?

We had it on the 3-night Dream.

My daughter had a great time. It was definitely a highlight for her! The youth counselor that led the activity was hilarious. I came in on the tail end of it and she had them all in stitches with the interacted between her, Pluto and the kids. It was so cute.

The only caveat is that if your child is a careful and slow colorer, there isn't enough time to complete the coloring of the pillowcase on the ship. We invested in some fabric markers upon returning home so she could finish it.

There are no photos. The photo people don't hang out in the clubs (there really isn't a good way since most kids don't carry their KTTWC). Photos aren't allowed by parents except during open house and this isn't an open house event. If you want a photo with Pluto, there are several other opportunities for meet and greet with photo.

Here is my daughter's pillow case from our last cruise. They did not have much time to colour it and when I picked her up, I felt bad for the little ones. There wasn't enough counsellors to help the children with these and most of them were just laying around on the floor looking lost.:( My daughter helped a few of the younger ones by sharing/finding markers with/for them.

She wore her Princess nightie and I would say half the kids were in their PJ's. She said she had a fabulous time that night :thumbsup2

Yes my 3 year old and 6 year old went in their PJs and loved it! My 3 year old still talks about it :). It is true she didn't colour much of her pillow case but she didn't seem to mind. Apparently they had a "food fight" with cotton balls :). On the 7 day Fantasy it happened two nights but can't recall the time.
