Plus Option on Tickets ?

I have an old Park Hopper with 5 pluses left on it. The pluses are not good at Disney Quest. I know the new Magic Your Way Tickets have pluses that are good at Disney Quest. Is there any way to change my pluses so I can use them at DQ?

Disney assigns no value to the pluses on old PHPs, so there would be little point in trying to trade them in for the new pluses. I would recommend just purchasing a DQ ticket and saving those pluses for the waterparks.
