Pleasure Island

I know I need passes to get into the clubs at Pleasure Island and since we only wanted to go a few times we have those but I thought I did not need passes to get into the restaurants in DTD? Sorry but I am confused by the above post.

Most of the restaurants are on the west side or the marketplace which you do not need a pass for. Admission to pleasure island is required after 7 pm.

And they don't open PI until 7PM. You can't walk through any earlier like you used to be able to do.
