Going forst week of November please tell me about weather and crowds.

Would you pick November over June?

Thanks so much!!!!

The weather is very temperate. One of the best times to visit. Mid-to-upper 70s during the day. But bring a jacket as it can get a little chilly some nights.

Crowds are a bit different story. The first week of November '04 is the infamous "Jersey Week." The New Jersey school system has a series of teacher conferences late in that week, and many school systems have practically the entire week off. I've heard that other states are beginning to follow this trend, too.

Last year there were posts reporting summer-like crowds during this one week. If you can put your trip off until the second or third week of Nov, you'll have a totally different experience. Between "Jersey Week" and Thanksgiving week is one of the slowest periods all year at WDW.

But I'll still take that week in November over June.

All of our trips have been Oct.- Dec. and I rather stand elbow to elbow in 70 degree weather than 90 degree weather any time!

Really, November is a very nice time to go, it can be warm enough to swim, or down right chilly. So be prepared... November doesn't see much rain fall if I remember right, and the park hours are always shorter, but with smaller crowds (with a few exceptions ie. Jersey Week, Thanksgiving) you get things done much quicker. I don't think we'll ever go anyother time of year!

Last year we went during the infamous "Jersey Week". Usually we travel to WDW during the spring. In comparison, November is a much better time to go. The longest wait for a line was 30 minutes, FP was readily available, and the weather is so much cooler that you don't mind waiting in line. We loved it so much that we are going back during the same time frame this year -- only Jersey Week is earlier this year. We will miss it by a couple of days. However, I wouldn't mind going during that time again! Don't let the legend scare you off!

We went Nov 2 - 12 which was during that infamous Jersey weekand didn't notice any change in crowds.

The temperature was in the mid 80's. There was only one day that was cool, around 65 for a high. We were glad we had pants and long sleeved cotton shirts.

We would love to go that time of year again. It was the only month that I didn't have to pull my hair up because it was too hot.

We are not going until 05, and it would be Jersey week, govenor election week, and veteran's day at the end of the week, I was wondering if we should expect summer like crowds?

I wouldn't exactly say summer like crowds, since during the summer so many people take vacations, and at this point we are only talking New Jersey. The weather is so much nicer than June, the humidity is gone and so is the daily rain. Not only that but it will probably be the Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT during that time....one of my favorite times there:teeth: Nothing like eating and drinking around the world!:teeth: So if I had to choose I would defineately say November over June hands down!
