Please tell me about: Monster Inc. Laugh Floor and Philharmagic

Both of those are perfect for the age of your kids but really the whole family will love them both.

They are both almost must do attractions for us every time. They are perfect for the afternoon when it gets hot and crowded or if you have some time to fill between FP's.

Monsters is a lot of fun and really not that embarrassing if you get picked (remember, you don't know any of these people in the audience and you'll never see them again. Just go and have fun.
Philharmagic is a sheer Disney delight. The music, storyline, and effects are wonderful, a must do every time we are Disney.

Well, others have covered this pretty handily, but I'll echo what they have said, no FP should be needed for either attraction. Generally, you won't wait more than 15 to 20 minutes for Philharmagic. Sometimes you will wait a bit longer for laugh floor. The show runs continuously. If you enter the line right at the beginning of a show, as opposed to entering towards the end of one, you will wait a bit longer, but at any rate, I don't think I've ever waited more than 20 - 30 minutes for Laugh Floor.

One of my most favorite things about Philharmagic is hearing all the littles (2-5 yr olds) laugh and squeal with delight during the show. I think it's pretty magical.

What can I say, both are AWESOME. Philharmagic in particular is a must-do for our family. It's my sister's favorite ride and we love watching my now 6 year old try to grab everything (we make sure he does not bother the guest in front of us of course!)

Philharmagic is a good combination of several movies. We discovered it about 5 years ago when looking for something to do later on, and have gone to it every time since. We haven't done Laugh Floor though. I also don't think FP is necessary for either

No lines, great shows, whats not to like? Philharmagic is the best 3D movie that Disney has ever had IMO. The laugh floor is something totally different to any other attraction in the parks and is a great time especially if you get a fun audience. You can even text your own jokes in to appear in the show (directions are given during the pre-show)

My family LOVES the laugh floor. We have been singled out twice now when we have worn our tie-dye t-shirts. Apparently we do not know how to do our laundry!!

Philharmagic is a must-do for u, it's 4D and we all love it! We've done Monsters, Inc a few times and it is fun, but not a must-do for us. We've skipped it the last 2 trips. It's entertaining if you have time, and your kids should get most of the jokes!

Monsters is pretty good, but Philharmagic is GREAT! It's a must do, and gets you in the completely immersive feeling that YES! I'm at Disney World! Be sure to turn all the way around and look behind you at the end. No fast pass needed. Do fit it into your day! Oh....it'll be your first time experiencing it. Wish it was mine again!

I completely agree with this whole statement. We do like Laugh Floor, it's not one that we do every single trip but when we do go in we always enjoy ourselves. Now as for Philharmagic, that one is a must do for our whole family. If you love classic Disney animated movies, then you will love this one. They really know how to immerse you into the Disney magic with this attraction. This is one of my family's favorites, but be warned, you may find yourself singing along to all the different songs and don't worry, everyone else will be doing the same thing .

Laugh floor is great. I texted a joke and it was used in the show, then 3 years later I heard my joke on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!

Philharmagic has one problem: nearly all the songs are from 1989-1994 Disney movies. There's one tiny Peter Pan and Fantasia sections, but that's it.

I think it either needs to hit all eras or be all newish songs.

I'd love to see some Tangled, Frozen, etc songs added.

I agree! The first time I did it I wasn't sure what to expect, and now we never miss it. My boyfriend has been picked to dance before, and has had several of his jokes told as well. I find most audience members are great at playing along and we've left in tears several times! I do live Philharmagic but I'm not sure if it's my poor eyesight + contacts or the screen/glasses they have but I have a lot of issues seeing the screen clearly. However that doesn't stop me! I love it still and always make sure to go.

I agree exactly with what ensusieasm said! Philharmagic is pure Disney Magic. It's one of our favorites. Monsters Inc is good too. Your kids will get the jokes and you don't need fast passes for either.
