Please suggest best times for these PS!!

We will be heading to WDW for the Christmas holidays. We have 2 PSs made......CP Dinner Package for Dec 22 and Christmas breakfast at WCC. We have 2 more to make, but have to wait for 60 days out. But I need some suggestions on times since we have never been to WDW during the holidays. We want to make dinner PS at:

December 23 dinner at Sci FI
Christmas Eve dinner at Tony's

Our children are 12 and 14, so eating later is no problem. Would PSs around 7:30 or 8 be a good plan? We want to be able to go to the Osborne Lights after dinner at MGM and I have no idea what will be happening Christmas Eve in MK.

Will a later dinner allow us to get in the highlights of the holidays?

If it were me, I think I'd book earlier if it suits your plans. We usually book our dinner PSs in the 6:00 range and seldom have much of a wait. Then your evening is free to wander at will.
