Please spare an extra prayer for me UPDATE..

I found a lump on my breast the night before last. I have an appt. this morning for a mamogram and a sonogram. I've been besides myself with worry and imagine the worst. I'm in a foggy cloud and can't concentrate on anything.

The dr. I'm going to gives the results for the tests the same day, while there, this way if a biopsy needs to be done, the dr. does that also (same day).

So, I will find out today if its either something or nothing.

Please say an extra prayer if you can spare.

I'm 49yrs. old and in the middle of menopause, so I'm praying and hoping it has to do with that and nothing else.

UPDATE: Thankyou for all your thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately the results aren't good. After countless mamograms and several biopsies, the dr. says its breast cancer. My right breast seems to be fine, but, she does want an mri to confirm that. My left breast has several masses. One lymph node doesn't look right. We're waiting for the biopsy result on Monday.

I'm not even sure how I'm typing, as I'm in a cloud and my mind is not there.

Just wanted to get back to all and thank you for the prayers. Please say more as I need all I can get.

I went through exactly the same thing last June and it turned out to be nothing. Many prayers that you will have the same outcome
