I have such a headache from trying to plan for this park!!!! The other three were easy compared to this one!!! There will be 6 of us and we know to do TOT and RNR first but where do we go from there? The 4 yr old wants to do Playhouse and everyone wants to share this with him so we can't split up. My question is when is the first show for this and will be have time to make it after TOT and RNR. Also if you will share your plans for this park with me I would really appreciate it. I am at my witts end!!!! :confused3 :badpc: :sad2:

This is always the toughest park for me to plan too. The first Playhouse Disney show is usually at 9:15, but you can get the weekly schedule at this website.

We usually do RNRC and TOT first - then head to Playhouse Disney and do the rest as we go. The best way is to decide which shows you want to see - decide on a time to do each of them and then plan the rides around that.

Thank you so much kbkids. This was what I was thinking about doing but the time listed for payhouse , that I found, was at ten. Thank you for the link! This will help greatly!!!! :cheer2:

Just a tip about Playhouse Disney. Do not wait in line long!! We waited for a long time in the heat only to find that you sit on the floor ANYWHERE you want!! Kids can stand and dance where they are or in the aisle. Just get there a few minutes before it starts. That's what I would do... Have a great trip!

Agree - but be careful - we've been blocked out before - only about 3 more families to get in and they closed the door - so we ended up having to wait anyway. My kids don't mind waiting. There are little TVs along the way to keep them entertained, and they end up playing with the other kids in lines also.

Also, be sure to check that website right before you leave because hours do change frequently. You may be right about Playhouse Disney starting at 10:00 at some times during the year. Seems like I remember being there one year when it started later - like during off season - not sure when you're going. Just double check it! Have fun!

At some point as early as possible, head over to Lights Motors Action to get FastPasses. It doesn't count against your FastPasses for other attractions (i.e. you can get another one elsewhere that minute if you so desired), and definitely makes life easier if you want to see that show.

One Man's Dream exhibit (and film for the adults, but a child might like that too, depending on how well they deal with sitting quietly I suppose) should be interesting for everyone in your group; I would assume a 4 year old would like to play with the audioanimatronic robot and Tikki bird (press buttons to make them move) and see the large models of things like the Tree of Life and Sorcerer's Hat. Plus it's really interesting for anyone who enjoys learning about the history of Disney and Walt himself. :goodvibes

I believe I read that you really need to pay attention to the times that Indiana Jones let out so as not to be caught in a throng of people on the attractions around it. Specifically Muppet 3-D is what they were talking about I think.

also the animation attraction is right next to playhouse disney. You get to meet Mr & Mrs Incredible there. If your 4 yr old has seen the movie they might like that. You can go in and sit a light up drawing board and they give you about a 10 minute class on how to draw a character.
