Here are our current plans for our upcoming trip. Please let me know what you think.

Dinner -- Palio's

Lunch -- The Plaza
Dinner -- California Grill

Lunch -- CS at Animal Kingdom (is there one with air conditioning)

Lunch -- CS at Blizzard Beach
Dinner -- Beaches and Cream or somewhere at the Swan/Dolphin (suggestions?)

Sorry, the only one of these places I have dined at is Chef Mickeys. That was a few years ago, and I enjoyed it. We are going back again this May for dinner at Chef Mickeys.

Seems like a great set of choices. We've not eaten at the Plaza yet, but heard relatively good things, and it really is a great restaurant for eating OOP, since some folks on the dining plan tend to avoid it (since it is one of the least expensive TS restaurants). Flying Fish and Palio are both utterly excellent. California Grill is good too, and offers a breathtaking view.

Tusker House at Animal Kingdom has some indoor seating. I've never been there during the summer, so I don't know it is air conditioned, but suspect it must be. However, that seating is limited, so be prepared to wait for a table during the lunch rush.

Monday arrive noon- Beaches/Cream lunch MGM Studios and ESPN Club dinner
Tuesday Magic Kingdom Day The Plaza lunch Sci Fi dinner- Fantasmic
Wednesday Cape May character breakfast- Animal Kingdom- Ohana's dinner and WISHES
Thursday- sleep in maybe- back to Favorites A.M Epcot- dinner at Teppanyaki-Illuminations
Friday -Blizzard Beach - ????-afternoon
Saturday- Favorites fly out that afternoon or evening 3 or 6-haven't made flight

Hopefully we'll have some time at pool- on days when it's crowded etc.
