Please pick my breakfast place!

OK! I'm sick of going back and forth with my decisions... I'm putting the power in YOUR hands!!!
I'm looking for a late (10:30ish) breakfast for an MK day before heading back to my resort... I just can't choose between CP(we did this last year and really loved the food, though kiddos aren't huge Pooh fans...) or CM's (we've never done this, but it just seems like a pain to me to leave the park, go the the resort, and then get back to a bus for our resort...)
Anyways- It's up to you guys where we end up!!!!

I was not a fan of Crystal palace, when we ate there last year. If it makes your decision easier....

Chef Mickeys was so much nicer, and bettter enviorment. The CP was very sqeezed in, and i felt like a sardine during dinner!

I've been to CP twice, and to CM 5 times. I love Chef Mickey's for breakfast, but we usually do it on a day where we're off from the parks and can afford the time to be slow. But, it really is only a 5 minute walk from the MK. You can really walk back & forth really quickly and the bus stop is on the way. I don't think transportation should be an issue.

CP this year was great because we had 10:30 ressies. The place had emptied out a bit, and the food was far better than Chef Mickey's. I will be booking CP again this next time! It was fantastic.

I do think it helps to have your kids be excited about the characters, so if it's time to swich over to Chef Mickey's try it! I think you go for the characters, not the food, right? or is it the food, then the characters?

I voted for Chef Mickeys, since you had not eaten there before, and it will give you something new to compare. Enjoy

I love CP. It's very Magic Kindgom to me. IMO, you can't go wrong with either place but I think you should save CM for another day!

Whatever you choose, have a great trip!

My vote was for Chef Mickey's.

We were also wedged into a corner @ CP and it was very difficult for us to get up for return visits to the buffet. I felt very uncomfortable as did the rest of my family.

If you have never done CM, then you should give it a try.

Crystal Palace is our FAVORITE character breakfast--for the puffed french toast alone (plus I love Pooh and friends) and the ONLY one we have to do every year--we can live without all of the others. We've done CM, but I think it silly to be doing all that back and forth traveling.

I love CP. Chef mickeys is good too but CP is my favorite. Rather than a late breakfast, did you consider making an ADR for CP for before the park opens? Make it for 8:05 (the earliest time available) on a day the mk is not open for morning EMH. Its really cool to walk down main street when its almost empty - makes for great pics too.

I voted for Chef Mickey's. It is my DH's favorite place for breakfast. My DS's favorite isn't on the list though. They loved 'Ohana's character breakfast at the Poly, but Stitch is their favorite character.

for a late breakfast I would go to Chef Mickey's. But on days we go to the Magic Kingdom we like to get early resverations and get into the park a little early.

Pictures on Main Street with only a few people around are are neat
