You know, I used to love the very end of Romper Room, when Miss Jane would read out the names. She never read my name. It scarred me for life.

I think that it won't be old until at least the middle of February.

This was an idea. Trying new things keeps the show from getting predictible. You never know if something will work or not if you don't try. I have no way of knowing if Pete will keep this segment going. I know I enjoyed reading everyones names. Maybe 2 times a month would break it up alittle. Thank you for all of the feed back and keep it coming.

Keep on trying new things Teresa!! I also loved the new Budget Segment, too. I think twice a month would work well and should not be a long list unless you have a month where multiple shows are not recorded. Keep up the Good Work!!

In my region, we had a children's show called Uncle Zeb. When I was about 5 and watching it around Christmas time, he looked at the camera and asked me, out there in tv land, what I wanted to hear. I yelled "Jingle Bells!" He said, "Then Jingle Bells it is!" F-r-e-a-k-y . . . .

There are a lot of things that can be said on the podcast that would put a little pixie dust in someone's day. They wouldn't all make good segments though. I don't care if they keep doing the birthdays or not, but I definitely want the budget segment to stay.

Not every segment is going to be for everyone.. not matter what the group does they will not please everyone all the time and good for them for not trying. I laughed so had when Theresa read the names... I would not say it was dry at all. Some are not going to care for the budget segment or the Andrew Zimmer Interview.. Heck I hate hearing it is warm and sunny every week in the weather but I have the choice to fast forward or not listen or suck it up and listen until the next part.

I guess what I am saying is keep up the good work. No disrespect to the original poster glad you expressed your opinion.. that is the good thing about the DIS.. we can don't have to all belive the same thing.. although I did refer to it as my cult earlier today

I have to agree that it was a lot of information and a long list, but I think it's a great idea. Others have mentioned doing it weekly or e/o week, and that may help.
