I must say that I am disgusted with those people who staged their protest in the Anthony's front yard. No matter how I feel about this case, I would never do such a thing. They are no better than a lynch mob. I thought we lived in a more civilized society. People need to back off and let the law enforcement people do their job. Yes, it is taking time, but that is a good thing. If they rush to trial, they could mess things up and justice would not be served. I can't imagine what it must be like for the other people living in that neighborhood and, the pessimist in me tells me that many of those people are out there for the thrill rather than justice. Disgusting.

I too was appalled at those who thought it a great idea to hold that protest. My God, right, wrong, or indifferent, those grandparents have a lot on their plate right now. I don't support all they've said and done, but I don't for a minute think they're not going thru pure hell. All I know is, I pray to God I NEVER have to walk a mile in their shoes.

I think with all the death threats that they are giving her protection. I HOPE they have the evidence to charge her soon. I too want to thank all the posters who were able to fill us in. As I said when I was in FLA I got a ton of news and just asssumed it woudl be the same when I came up north but it is not. It was not even mentioned on the local news tonight.

I bet there is already enough to charge her AND get a conviction. Half of the battle is making jurors hate the accused. That's not going to be ANY problem at all. My guess is, the DA will be looking for jurors around Casey's age because you'll find FEW that would ever think Casey's actions are normal. They'll never be able to relate. I'd also imagine that they'll stay as far away as possible from anyone in the age group who might show a romantic interest for Casey. This is about the ONLY group on the face of the Earth that would sympathize with her, IMO.

I think they're holding back on these charges because they're still hoping beyond all hope that somehow Casey would lead them to Caylee. That's the ultimate goal, but it looks doubtful that that would ever happen. Hopefully Tim Miller's team has more success. They certainly have more resources than the sheriff's office does with these types of searches.

If they charged her with murder today, Baez would demand a speedy trial. The state's not quite ready for that either, IMO. So, in addition to stalling with hopes of finding Caylee's remains, they're also buying time.

While I am no fan of Casey Anthony's, I do believe LE acted less than professional tonight. I really couldn't care less how Casey is treated on an emotional level, I do care how she's treated when it comes to her appellant issues on down the road, though. If they are able to get a conviction, I want it to STICK. LE, IMO, would do well to remember the name of, "Sam Sheppard."

You make a lot of sense. Most likely they want to find the body so that this is an open and shut case. With no body I am sure they can put as much DNA etc up there for proof but I bet jurors would still think twice about conviciton because this is such an unnatural act for a mother. At lest people like Susan Smith and the others had bodies. Well I am betting they have enough other unrelated charges to keep putting her back in jail over and over so maybe they are using this as some sort of torture technique.

I quite agree. Cindy's a piece of work, ain't she? I believe the term I used was "bat-guano crazy" (with a slightly stronger epithet in place of "guano"). I actually laughed out loud when i saw yesterday's headline "Cindy Anthony Believes Decomposition DNA Belongs to Different Body". Lady, if you're trying to help out your daughter, you're doing it wrong.

That's a large part of the problem I had with her this past week. She kept promising that if she was out of jail she'd talk to her family, to LP, to the lawyers... Once she got out, however, she clammed right up and didn't show any hint of interest in either cooperating with LE or participating in the search.

Now, here are some questions I'd like to see answered: When did Cindy and George Anthony have their new concrete back porch poured? What "anomalies" did LE find in the dirt samples taken from the Anthonys' yard? When did Casey leave Universal Studios' employment and why? Was Casey ever given a drug test?

I think Cindy -- who, let's not forget, has also had a hard time keeping her story straight with LE -- is going to turn out to be a very central figure in this when all is said and done. At the very least she's obviously trying to cover her daughter.

I have a theory as to what happened... it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.

From my previous posts, it's obvious where I stand in this case. And I don't love what LE did last night (from a trial point of view, don't want the case thrown on technicalities, or inability to get a fair trial, undue process, etc.)

That being said, I really do think that LE knows MUCH more than we do (they only leak what has been "approved" to be leaked), and that they just need to buy some more time. IMO, they either need a body, or a confession, or this crazy woman (and her family) is going to continue on with their web of lies. I personally don't care if Casey rots in jail, or gets the death penalty (each penalty has it's own punishments -- you know what happens to baby killers in prison) but I truly have faith in LE. If it does nothing more than re-establish with Casey (and her crazy family and atty) who has the upper hand in this case, then I say, arrest her (let them post bond) then re-arrest her on as many charges as possible -- one at a time. Maybe the pressure will make her break and get to one answer LE and the rest of the country wants -- where is Caylee?!!!

And it is still being reported that LP revoked her bond early this am, after the newest arrest -- if that's true, she won't be getting out anytime soon, unless someone else can post $50,300 in cash.....obviously, letting her out did not help find Caylee. At least in jail, she can't surf the net, bake brownies, write creepy emails to little girls, or grandstand on cameras. And if I see her in a "find Caylee" t-shirt one more time, I'm gonna puke. I much prefer her in prison blues.

As previous posters have said, she is the first one to do nothing but make up stories and blame the rest of the world instead of blaming her daughter.

I too believe they know more than they are saying. I believe that the comment by Baez saying 'how do you know she isnt talking' is a bunch of BS. If she was talking Jose... Caylee would be at peace.

Well, the court thing was short and sweet.

What amazes me, well, maybe not given the lies Casey has told from the start, is how well rested she looks. She looks like she hasn't a care in the world. I don't know about the rest of you, but if my child was missing (and I had nothing to do with it) I would be a mess. I'd be tired from lack of sleep, my appearance would be the last of my concerns and I'm pretty sure I'd be losing some major weight because I wouldn't be able to eat all that much.

I heard they were going to start searching at 8:30 this morning in the area where the pings were picked up if that makes sense

and also it anyone notice they always say Casey called the police a month after Caylee went missing but Casey never called police Cindy did and it even says Cindy Anthony 911 call but I never heard them say Cindy's 911 call
