Thanks. Wouldn't you know the neighbor was out of town the previous week that Caylee disappeared? ... if I read that correctly. But wasn't his wife home? Sorry if I am getting confused. There was so much to read. It was also difficult to read. I guess I would have questioned extensively, what ever neighbors were around that week. And who knows, hopefully LE did just that.

The neighbor stated that his oldest son was at camp or something and his wife and his kids and he all were out of town earlier that week.
The day Casey borrowed the shovel, the man (neighbor) and his 13 year old son were at home.

Now, reading the documents, I am in disbelief. So the tow truck worker and George walk over to Casey's car, the car wreaks, the worker mentions the story about the guy committing suicide, opens Casey's trunk, finds a plastic bag containing a piece of paper, old food, maggots, and other things (if I remember correctly) and then proceeds to toss the plastic bag and it's contents into the trash ????????????

This case is off the wall crazy.

I guess what I am getting at, is, wouldn't maggots be more likely to appear from a decomposing body than from food? I guess I don't know too much about maggots (thank heavens).

I am a huge CSI fan and I believe there was an episode where Grissom was talking about how maggots which are fly eggs are attracted to a dead body and will start to attack a dead body within 8-12 hours. The fly lays its eggs in rotting flesh material. Within a week, the maggots turn into flies.

Anything that would attract flies would have the potential to have maggots. It would just be a matter of time as to how long the food would have to attract the flies, the flies lay the eggs, the eggs hatch, etc...

WFTV did a test with pizza in the trunk of a car. George Anthony mentioned the pizza was in a white plastic bag with laundry detergent. They tried all possible combinations. It was in the trunk for 20 days. When they opened the bags there were no maggots and the pizza was hard.

Wow, so Casey was sleeping with Ricardo, Anthony Lazzaro, AND now this Tony R around the end of May, beginning of June 2008? No wonder no one knows who Caylee's father is with that kind of "popularity." What a mess. Thanks for the info. Makes me wonder if there is more to this nuTony than we know.

I was shocked while reading about the tow place too! That was a few of my first thoughts...first if you think it smells like a dead body why didn't you call the police? Second, I can see maybe throwing the garbage out but with Dad that is an ex-cop it just makes me rather suspicious of what he really found in there AND did the cops check that area where the bag was thrown out to see if there was any evidence there?

So on NG they are saying Casey had a relationship with a cop in the same police department conducting the investigation several weeks prior to her dissapearance and he has now been fired since he lied about their sexual relationship. Nothing indicates that he has anything to do with Caylee though.

He is a huge jerk! Did he think all the news reports were just making things up? A lot of what has been reported is in those documents. So now he is realizing just what a big liar she is and how everyone in her family is walking around in denial...and he can join them now because he'll be really lucky if she doesn't try to figure out some way to run.

He's lying too. His money--he can revoke that bond anytime he wants just by saying he thinks she is a flight risk.

It gets HARD and ESP if it's in the sun in Florida all day..it COOKS it more. It would just basically turn into a cracker. Not really appealing to maggots.

There is a search team in Texas-apparently they are experts and by using special equipment have been able to locate missing people that have been missing for years-dead or alive.
They have offered to fly to Florida and find this baby at NO CHARGE to the family. The Anthonys have repeatedly turned them down

This is a no brainer now. The bounty hunter revokes the bond, Casey gets tossed back in the slammer, and the Texas team comes out and works their magic finding that baby.

The more that comes out and the more the family drags this out, the more likely that they will all do time for hiding/destroying evidence (George)

Lee-I'm not sure who's side he is really on. In the beginning he acted like he was making an attempt to find the baby, now it's hard to tell just what the heck he is doing with his time.

'Tony' worked for the police department also.

I can't help but think they are one in the same - please prove me wrong.
