Again, Im not following this closely. I never seem to see it on the news here, so my best source is you guys here. I have always heard how "baby killers" get killed in jail. Is this true? I almost feel like from the bits and pieces Im catching, with this chick partying and what-not, someone just might be PO'd enough to take her out.

I think the police are trying to make sure that the circumstanial evidence they have is as close to rock solid as they can get. If they rush to charge her and are not 100% ready to go to trial in 190 days, the charges must be dismissed and she CANNOT be re-charged with those same charges (double jeopardy) Also, once she is charged, they have to show their cards to her lawyer and the longer they can avoid that, the better. So I do believe the police know alot more than they are saying, but are trying to make damn sure "reasonable doubt" never crosses a jury's mind.
