I'm sorry but the incest thing is totally ridiculous. My daughter's bio dad's name is NOT on her birth certificate and my child is not a product of incest. I feel bad for the father and the brother that people are now accusing them of incest.

I wonder if their house is wired in case she decides to tell what really happened.

Still no DNA back though. Surely if it was Caylee's, Casey would have been charged with something else and she would not have been released.

Another bad reason for Casey to be out...
whatever evidence she "needed one more day" to take care, can now be handled by George, Cindy, and Lee. Sure, she couldn't tell them in jail what they needed to do, but she can now. THEY need to be followed at all times, especially at night. If the house is bugged, they can write notes to each other, then destroy the notes. Casey can tell George where to go and what to do to save her sorry butt and I believe he will do it.

I'm sure George will be followed also.

If Caylee was in fact disposed of, where is the carseat? I don't think alligators would digest a carseat right? If she dug a grave at the land near the airport, I would think the police would have picked up on the overturned soil, etc. It all makes you wonder!

here's a nother one.
Sam says:
Okay,

1. Accidental death of Caylee (hot car probably)
2. Casey gets scared and calls Grand Dad the retired cop.
3. Grand Dad shows up, takes body and burns it, hides it or whatever else a retired cop knows how to do.
4. Grand Dad “stages” car.
5. Grand Dad and Casey don’t tell grand ma what happened until they can come up with some kind of story like she gave the kid up for adoption or something.
6. Grandma starts worrying about Caylee before Grand Dad and Casey come up with a good story.
7. Grandma calls cops BUT Casey tells her what really happened.
8. Grandma changes story at this time because her husband is involved. Imagine losing your husband, daughter and grand daughter all at once.
9. NOW..the entire family, except brother, is conspiring to cover up the death of a little girl.
10. Bottom line, no body no murder. They are leaking and or fabricating evidence that Caylee is alive. If the DNA is inconclusive then Casey will walk out of that jail next week. I must admit that this is a very tight family. They all seem to have an attitude of them against us no matter what.

I think that’s how it played out

I think George and Cindy are nuts but I do believe they loved Caylee. I've seen them both at the same Target handing out flyers. I saw her maybe a day or 2 after the news about Caylee broke and she looked positively wrecked. Almost desperate and frantic. She was acting like you'd expect a mother with a missing child to act. Of course that did change once she started doing all the TV.

I saw him, maybe 10 days ago. He was almost cheerfully handing out flyers.

I don't really know what to make of the two of them but I really hope they wouldn't protect Casey.

Casey has me baffeled too. Even Susan Smith faked concern about her kids when she announced that they were kidnapped. And eventually confessed to her crimes.

Even Andrea Yates, who we all know is completely crazy, shows some sort of guilt when she is lucid.

But Casey is just emotionless about everything reguarding Caylee.

I'm glad she's out. She'll slip up now.

The house HAS to be bugged. They are not smart enough or RICH enough to get away with this...not by a long shot.

Her staying in jail and refusing videotaped visits limited the information. She's due to screw up now.

This is a future truTV show if I EVER saw one! :surfweb:

Is bugging their house legal?? I know I've seen that on countless movies and TV shows, but can it really be done??

And doesn't everyone think that some member of the media would have noticed the cops sneaking into their house while they weren't home to bug it?

Unless the family is in on it........:rolleyes1

This makes me sad that people assume the grandparents were involved. I would guess they loved Caylee more than Casey (given all the grief Casey has given them) and would not BURN her body. Seriously? IF he wanted to cover something up, he would say it was an accident. Good grief. I don't think the family is that "tight" either. Especially when you listen to the tapes from early on between Cindy and Casey. I think like any parent, they *want* to believe, and probably have convinced themselves that Casey did nothing wrong. Burning or hiding a body? Doubtful.

I agree, she's bound to slip up. Especially being "haunted" by Caylee's perfect bedroom with all her stuffed animals, etc. next to hers.

But I think whatever the Anthony's don't have in money, George makes up for in experience as an ex homicide detective. That's got to be worth it's weight in gold.

I hope so much that she does slip up. I really do. I don't think it will happen. I can only hope. Look what happened when Joran spilled his pathetic guts on video tape? Nothing. I have lost hope in these criminals getting their just desserts. It all started with OJ.

Maybe the parents gave permission for their home to be bugged. Who knows maybe they ARE working with the police? The public isn't always aware of whats really going on in an investigation.

I do not believe for a minute that they were involved in her death but Cindy washed the pants that were in the car immediately! The stench was unreal in the car but she hurries to wash the pants, sure that's what would be on my mind to do while my granddaugher is missing. I do believe they are going to help their daughter get away with murder.

If digging up your childs remains, putting it in a car and then dumping that poor child somewhere else doesn't move her to tears, nothing will....

I know I strongly speak of Caylee being dead and Casey murdering her. I have said that since this started and believe it 100%.

I totally agree.

Bugging the house is legal if you have a wiretap warrant. That's the way it works in Canada. Bugging the phone lines is also legal if a warrant was obtained.

She didn't look upset at all when she was partying after Caylee went missing.
That is just sick.

I don't for a minute believe the incest thing. That sounds ridiculous to me.

I also don't think that the grandparents had anything to do with what Casey did.

If they don't find any reason to charge her with Caylee's death, I sure hope she gets the max for child neglect. Then the inmates in state prison can deal with her. I wouldn't let her in any more protective custody if she goes back to jail. What could happen to her from other inmates is nothing compared to what Caylee went through.

I just hope Casey ends up back in jail where she belongs.

Oh, what happened to her boyfriend? I heard on NG that Casey was asking for his phone number, but have police ruled him out in any way?

The police say Anthony Lazarro (sp?) was very cooperative. I heard somewhere where he was so upset to the point of tears when he realized that Caylee was missing (unlike her mom). I heard he wanted to believe her story, but after a short time said something is wrong with Casey's story and wants nothing to do with her.

He ought to get a restraining order against Casey because I'm sure she isn't done with him.
