Ok, I have racked and racked my brain. I looked at websites, reviews, etc.. I am going to post what I have now. Please give me honest opinions on our dining selections. I am going to reserve them soon. I am only listing the TS, due to the CS we can change on the fly. Thanks for all comments

Friday (Arrival):

No Theme park day

Saturday:
Dinner - Tony's Town Square Restaurant
MK day

Sunday:
Dinner - Crystal Palace Restaurant Characters
Epcot Day (1/2 day) MK rest

Monday:
Breakfast - Playhouse Disney’s Play ‘n Dine at Hollywood & Vine
Dinner - Mama Melrose's Restaurant
MGM day

Tuesday:
Dinner - Planet Hollywood Restaurant (OOP with $15 GC)
No Theme Park day

Wednesday:
Dinner - Spoodles Restaurant
AK day

Thursday:
Dinner - Maya Grill Restaurant
Seaworld Day

Friday:
Using CS meals
MK day

Saturday (Departing late pm):
Breakfast - Chef Mickey's Restaurant Character
Lunch - ESPN Club Restaurant (OOP)
No Theme park day

Cap'n Jacks was great when we ate there. A friend just went to Tony's over the weekend and said he had the best steak he's ever had there! I think on Sunday you will probably find yourself wishing you had more time at Epcot. If you spend the entire day at Epcot, there are MANY great restaurants there. Our favorite is Coral Reef. We never have had a bad meal there!

Planet Hollywood was a very loud restaurant and the food was just so-so, not something I plan on ever eating again!! I would recommend House of Blues or Rainforest Cafe. Those two are wonderful! (I'll be there again in April for sure!!) ESPN Club is pretty loud also, but the food is much better than Planet Hollywood. If you were to add another character breakfast, Cape May Cafe would be a great choice. The food is awesome, the service is great, and the characters have plenty of time to play with the guests. It's just great all around!!

Personally not a big fan of this but the Ive eaten there with people who loved it. I personally prefer Rainforest Cafe

OK so I know the choice in MK is limited but Tonys was awful the one and only time I went! I had some pasta dish that was cold. The waiter was rude and we had to ask twice for refills to our drink. It took so long for him to come and take our dessert order we decided not to bother. Perhaps he was having a bad day but personally wouldn't go back. I prefered the Plaza but then this was just a sit down burger joint so going for CS only might be a better idea or Crystal Palace as their buffets nice

I would say eat at EPCOT. There are so many good resturants and the Italian is meant to be nice than Tony's so maybe change the plans for the two days over and go for Tutto thingy (sorry cant remember the name). Haven't eaten there mind. My faves are Le Cellier (great steak) or Resturant Marrekesh in Morrocco as this has some fantastic unusual food.

Not bad choices. Sci-Fi is mainly burgers so not my cup of tea but ok

Tuesday:

Not bad. Foods OK. Price is above normal but then most Disney resturants are.

Wednesday:
Dinner - Spoodles Restaurant

Haven't eaten here but looks nice

Thursday:

Seaworld Day

The food here was a little uninteresting for me. Not overly bothered by it but the dessert was nice. As you were saying about not doing a Character thing what about Chef Mickeys for dinner or Breakfast before going to Seaworld?
