We are headed to IOA and US June 11-13th. We will have from Saturday afternoon through Monday afternoon to tour before headed to Vero. We will be staying on-site. What would be the best way to tour?

Should we go to US Saturday afternoon and do as much with EP as possible? Was thinking about Sunday morning heading to WWOHP with on-site guests. Does that sound right? Since we will have 2 early morning, should we do FJ one day and then Ollivanders the other? Also, do I need to make reservations for Three Broomsticks? We will also be traveling with a 2 yo who can't ride FJ. What is the best way to do a parent swap?

Ack. I am lost. Please help.

You have time to implement any plan you see fit, however I would recommend doing IOA first, scoping out HP (and the whole park) first. But I tend to favor IOA over the original park, and typically spend a little more time there. But 3 days is plenty to take it all in.

Thanks Ides.

Anyone else have any suggestions on how to tour? Also looking for any recommendations on restaurants and how to make reservations.

Thanks!

With staying onsite you will be able to do what you want. But like you said use one day to use the early entry and stay in WWOHP until you are satisfied. Then use the rest of your time between the 2 parks. The day you arrive you can choose what you want, you can get a lot done with the hotel EP's.:thumbsup2

I've only been once during the soft opening of WWoHP :cool1: and I'm planning to go again this year, but this is a tentative plan I'd suggest.

Since your 1st day is a half day I'd say start at Universal and do what you can on that day. Then an hour and a half before IOA closes I'd head over to IOA and see WWoHP at night and check it out.

The 2 mornings I'd be doing WWoHP first then scoping out IOA next.

My last day would be a combination of IOA and anything I missed from US.

One morning I'd go straight to FJ and do that first, the next morning I'd do Ollivander's first then FJ. Or vice versa.

3 Broomsticks, I find a late breakfast or early lunch you can get in without reservations, but again, I only did that last year and I don't know how it is now.
