Please Help- UK DVC Toll Free Number?

We closed on our OKW re-sale on 15th February, but as of yet haven't received anything from Disney at all. We've had our deeds etc from Timeshare Closing Services but thats it.

How long should it be before our membership pack comes? Should I be worried?

And now we want to book our trip next February but I don't have the toll-free number.....could anyone who knows it please PM it to me, I'd be very grateful ?

Finally, is our membership number one of the numbers on our deeds, or will Disney know who we are just from our name and our contract number?

Hi,

Was in a similar position to yourself not so long ago. Membership services nevertheless were able to identify me without my DVC number, so hopefully thay will know who you are also.

Call them on Monday and check if you are in the system - we did this on our re-sale and they were able to check by our names and address then they could give me our membership number, contract number and the pin number for the DVC members web site.

it was very straightforward.
