Please help this desperate mom with PS-CM's are giving me a hard time

I have done everything right according to these boards but---the CM's don't know what they are doing. For example one spent several minutes talking and carrying on and then she decided to start looking for the ressie-She was shocked that everything was booked in 2 minutes Then today I got in at 6:58 and I interrupted the CM and said Cindy's breakfast Dec. 16 party of 8. She then proceeded to ask how many kids and what are their ages then after asking twice (6 kids must have thrown her) she began to look and it was too late--she also was amazed. What am I doing wrong? Can I be any more rude and say just book it?? Please help

MOst the time they ask how many and they won't ask you how many kids till they have your table reserved. Just keep trying and maybe tomorrow will be your lucky day!!!

a new CM. She kept repeating what I said & asking me things again & low & behold, Cindy's was all booked up (shocking to her). Maybe they have a bunch of new employees. Luckily I have reservations for the new Princess Breakfast in EPCOT or I would be really bummed.

This is the uncontrollable factor. The only way I can think of addressing it is to ask for a supervisor and explain the situation. They need to know, if they don't already, that people are going to such great lengths to get these PS's. When the inefficiency of a CM is a contributing factor it's frustrating. Disney does not want you to start your vacation by being frustrated. Let them know you realize how hard it is to get this PS, but that you expect a CM to realize that as soon as they open all people want is CRT. You need to feel like you had a fair shot even if you didn't get the PS for CRT. It took me 5 mornings to get in, so don't give up.

If they are booking PS ressies you would think they would all be aware of the phones ringing off the hook first thing in the AM for CRT. Yes be totally rude, blurt out your info, say any available time, two tables are fine, book it please then we will talk.

WE GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to the help of my new friend Wendy And my DH and older children we actually got 4 seatings for a party of 8---Can you believe it? We have cancelled all but the one for 9:55. This was so unbelievable since I tried all month by myself and couldn't get it. It worked out great because this is the day we wanted most since we will be celebrating our dd's 7 th bd and she is a Cinderella fanatic. Btw I instructed the troops to interrupt the CM. I tried to interrupt my CM and would you believe she just kept talking to finish her introduction--I didn't get in But Wendy, my Dh and older DS and DD got in. I will be talking to a supervisor later in regards to the problems I have had with the CM's. I have figured out 3 things about this whole Cindy's thing

1. You need help --ask everyone you know to help you
2. Interrupt the CM very loudly! or you will waste precious seconds
3. I am crazy Well maybe that's normal for a parent especially with 6 kids

I hear you! I've been trying to get through all week - today was my last try. It's the first time I hadn't been put on hold all week - I was psyched! I yelled "5!" and he said Cindy's right, I said yes - and he said 9:45 and then - Oh, no - it's gone, all I can get is 3 is that okay - I said yes - but "Oh, that's gone too!". Can't they push the buttons when it gives them the time! By the time I ever get seating for this - my girls (6, 12, 13) are going to be grandparents!

I know at least 2 of my 4 failed attempts for CRT were because the CM didn't stop when I interrupted. Both of them droned on then made me repeat everything. I'm thinking of calling and talking to a supervisor, too. The CMs need to be aware that at 6:58 everyone wants CRT!

Little Update = Thanks for your other post - when I read down - I decided to give them a call - and I got in for 5 at 9 am! I am soooo excited!!!!
