If you're tasting plastic, maybe try pushing as much air out of the bag as possible. It may be a chemical reaction that is accelerated with oxygen in the bag. (Or I might be talking out my BLEEP!)

Also, for those that say they taste if if it's left too long...how long is too long before you don't even bother eating the leftovers?
