We are headed back to Disney on May 11th. This is our second trip with our children. We went last in November. One issue that I had and would like to try and find a simple solution too is the bathtub at the resort. We stayed at the All Star Sports the first time and this time we will be at The Pop. My issue is when we but the kids in the bathtub it is very slippery and they were sliding all over the place. We were able to avoid any serious injuries. I have thought about bringing a bathtub mat (one of the rubber ones that suction to the bottom of the tub) or using a towel. Has anyone else had this problem or have any other cleaver tricks to use. Also if I bring the mat will housekeeping leave it there? Thanks for the help and any tips you can provide.

Oh and this is my first post finally. I have been lurking for such a long time and have learned so much from everyone. Thanks for all the great information.

I don't think the mousekeepers will take your mat, but I think using the bath mat would be a good idea..even ask, when you check in and I am sure they will accomodate you..enjoy your trip:)

Hi there!

I would bring the small individual bath stickies, which will be easier to transport that the bath mat. Housekeeping will leave them there for you. Hope you have a great trip!

I worked in a hotel for 6 years, and we had the rubber bath tub mats in our stock room we just didn't put them in all rooms and just handed them out as they were requested, you may call and see if they have them there...

I was thinking about this the other day!! DS will probably need a tub at some point while we are there, he usually stands in the shower with us at home (he is 2). I was thinking about buying a cheep mat from the dollar store to carry and then toss at the end of the trip.

I Seen Hosekeeping Polish The Tub Thats Whay Its So Slippery Even For A Small Adult With Suntan Oil You Have To Be Careful
