I don't want to make any mistakes. :confused3 DH & I are going on our 15th anniversary trip 11/30/06-12/3/06. I booked a Candlelight Processional package already but nothing else food-wise. I would like to add the Dining Plan but I just want to make sure that I understand because I also want to makes ADRs when I add the Dining Plan. We will be there for 3 nights and 4 days. Do we then get 3 Table Service, 3 Counter Service and 3 Snacks each? And then we just pay OOP for the 4th day that we are there? And can I just tell them now that the Candlelight Processional Package will be paid for by the Dining Plan? Thank you so much for any help. I just want everything to be prfect for our trip.

The credits are per night, yes. I would check that you are far enough out to add the plan though. Seems like there is a deadline.

I think CP can be covered by DP, also, but I would double check.

Best wishes and happy anniversary. We were at WDW for our honeymoon 11/91, yup, 15 years also! :)

DisneyMom5, thanks for your answers :thumbsup2 It's not that I am new to Disney, I have never done the Dining Plan and I wanted to make sure I did it right. Happy Anniversary to you, too! :cheer2:

Yes, the credits are per night, not day. If you don't want to pay anything OOP, its possible. Just keep a counter service left for your last day before going home. You get so much food on the DDP that You don't have to spend another penny!

Regarding the Candelight, yes, the dining plan is accepted as 1 table service credit.
Just let them know on the phone when you make your ADR that you want to use the DDP. They will need a Credit Card number though as a hold. Your card won't be charged unless your a no show at the restaurant.

Before you add the plan, you might want to see what you can get for dining reservations first. You may be shut out of a lot of times and places. Would the plan still be worth it to you? If you are staying on DVC points at a DVC resort, you can add the play up to 5 days ahead of time with MS.
