Hi!

We are taking our 5 children to WDW in July - have an autistic 6 year old son and SPD 2 year old daughter - but also have an 11 month old baby. We are actually thinking of taking 2 strollers (our double stroller for the baby and toddler) and a single for our son. Due to the sun, noise and stimulation, our DS and DD would do better most of the time in a stroller.

Is it possible to get 2 GAC's, one for the autistic child and one for the Sensory Processing Disorder toddler and have stroller as a wheelchair for both?

Please advise...

Thank you!

It is possible. Although it seems they would prefer one GAC per party, when I explain why we need one for each child they have always understood and given us the needed accomodations for each kiddo.

I imagine they would give you a stroller as wheelchair tag for both strollers, since both of your older children sound like they need it for medical reasons. Just ask guest services.

In general they try to give 1 GAC to a party, but in this case you need something for two physical devices.

Usually for the strollers, they use a special sticker that looks kind of like airline stickers. You place it on a visible spot on the stroller (I've seen them most often on the push handles) so that CMs can see it when you enter a line and know that your stroller (or strollers, in your case) are being used as a wheelchair.
If they won't give you 2 GACs, the 2 stickers will still allow you to use the strollers in line. Some people do get 2 GACs because they have more than one child with needs related to a disability and plan to possibly split up at times. If you will never be splitting up into 2 groups, then having 2 GAC cards is not as important.

The red sticker on the stroller handle is the "stroller as wheelchair" sticker....we always tried to have it standing up so the CM could see it!
