Hello- I am having trouble picking my fp+ choices for Magic Kingdom… any advice? We are staying off site, and I really wanted the anna and elsa visit… but I realized that is not going to happen (unless a miracle occurs =) So… we are spending two days at magic kingdom… trying to pick which ones will save us the most time. (my kids are 5, 3, infant)..

how long are wait times for the under the sea ride? Is a fast pass needed? How are the reserved areas for parades/fireworks? how are the wait times for mine train and is a fast pass needed?

Thanks!!

The thread linked to below was made with questions like yours in mind.

Keep checking for A&E or Mine Train FPs;they do come up sometimes. I would say that you'll definitely need one for both of those, or do them at rope drop (go straight to A&E one day and 7DMT the next).

Under the Sea is not usually too bad, plus it has a great queue. It's a "people eater" so it moves fast.

We just returned from the world last week.

We found the lines to be light at Little Mermaid - even when it said 20 minutes, we were walking on (even had a CM joke "Sorry about the long lines" when we got on).

Peter Pan, 7DMT, and A&E would be the top picks. Then probably the mountains if your kids would do those.

Lines got long for Cinderella/Rapunzel M&G too, so if you want to see them, I would get a FP. And I enjoyed having a FP for Enchanted Tales with Belle.

Have a great trip!

I have 7D, Peter Pan, A&E, Tales with Belle, BTMR, Jungle Cruise, and I used one for Wishes too.

Since you have really young kids you might want to pick ones in fantasyland. I'd pick the little mermaid ride, peter pans flight possibly, and definitely the 7 dwarfs mine train. The last time i was at disney was when the little mermaid ride just opened and i stood in line for a good 2-3 hours, it may have went down alittle by now but you have to keep in mind that the new the ride is the more people want to go on them, so the longer the line will be. I bet the 7 dwarfs mine train would be quite a wait since it's newer so i would get a fastpass for that, we did for our upcoming trip.

We just returned from WDW, and I have a 3 year old. Do not FP Under the Sea. It moves very quickly. Rides to consider.... Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Peter Pan, Enchanted Tales with Belle, The Barnstormer, Meet and Greet with Cinderella & Rapunzel, Meet Ariel at her Grotto.

I would keep checking for 7DMT and Anna & Elsa. They have been releasing additional fast passes.

Keep in mind that if you arrive at the park when it opens, you will be able to ride most of what I listed with little to no wait. That has been our strategy the past two trips with FP+. We get there at rope drop, hit a bunch of rides between 9-11, or 8-11 this last trip- eat lunch, and our scheduled FP+ begin after lunch.

Mesaboys linked post is priceless. We've been to WDW many times (3 times with FP+ in place) and I still read through it while planning a trip.

For us the best FP+ to use in MK (especially for little ones like you have) are

Anna/ Elsa
Enchanted Tales with Belle
Cinderella and Rapunzel

7D Mine Train
Peter Pan
