Please help me plan if you have been to HS since the new openings!

We have two HS days, Sunday, March 1 and Saturday, March 7. We plan to do morning EMH on Sunday and start at the Star Wars area. Since we haven't been yet, I feel so clueless while trying to plan! What should we try to do very first? Anyone have a plan you followed that you thought worked well at seeing as much as possible? Should we plan an entire day in this area or half a day? Would like to go to Toy Story Land next, but wasn't sure if we would find we needed a full first day at Galaxy's Edge. Any input is so helpful!!! Thanks!!!

You don’t need a full day for SWGE. Pre-book 3 FPs and use them that day. Plus, it is unlikely there will be morning EMH that Sunday.

Well, crap! lol It said there was EMH on Disney's website. I haven't been keeping up with planning as our last trip was July 2018. Should I expect all of the EMH that is listed to not go or is it just for HS that it is getting canceled? Thanks for the info!!

Just don’t plan on Studios morning EMH. Other parks aren’t affected.

There’s little point starting in galaxy unless you’re leading the heard at rope drop to smugglers. If you’re not at The front of the race, you’ll likely wait just as long. Everyone’s already in the park with you to also get their BGs, so lines build really quick!

Yeah, when we thought there would me morning EMH our first HS day, we had planned to go straight to smugglers, but since we have four kids (two of those are 2.5 yo twins who will be in a stroller, it isn’t realistic for us to think we could do rope drop effectively for smugglers! Lol Now Idk what we will do! Lol I think we will just go and hope to get a boarding for the one ride and if we don’t, we will be back in 1.5-2 years.
