Please help me find toddler Mickey costume...

I feel like i have looked everywhere, but I know I havent. I have tried Ebay and no luck. I need a Mickey costume 2T, but we live in GA so I REALLY don't want one of those thick plush costumes. It seems thats the only kind I can find. I can't believe TDS is not even selling MM costumes!! Anyway ant help would be appreciated PLEASE. We are going to MNSSHP and my DS really LOVES MM. Call your local DS! If they do not have it, they can give you the number of various DS in your area or outside your area! They can even give you the WDW number and DS merchandise number to do a national search. (Sorry, had the numbers, but misplaced).

Also, check with on-line, they may have returns or a few left............

that since they did not have a MM costume in their halloween catalog that they were not selling them this year? Does anyone know for sure? Also does anyone have any good websites that sell childrens costumes?

My nephew was bought the Mickey hat with ears and my SIL just added a red robe with yellow sash for belt to it. Anywhere you can just buy the mickey hat and perhaps the gloves?

I thought there was a Mickey costume in the catalog. Was it just for older kids? I know the sorcerer mickey was just for older kids, but I thought there was a "regular" mickey for young ones.

If not, have you thought of having someone make you one? You could probably find a pattern this time of year and have someone sew one for your son.

Pretty sure I saw the Mickey Mouse costume for toddlers..threw it away though, so not sure. Look online or call the catalog, they can probably help...good luck!

I just tried to drop and drag the Disney Store Page, but was unable. There is a Sorcerer Mickey costume, but I think it is under toys. I just did a search for Mickey Halloween. It is $16 and fits ages 5 - 7, looked like it could easily be adjusted.

I bought my son a MM costume from TDS. It's 12mos, but I think they had toddler sizes. It's a kind of velvety material, not the plush one I've seen.

Our DS had smaller but not larger sizes in Mickey. It's in the catalog...24 mos is largest size (I've always thought they ran a little large) they're $22.99 and CUTE. The fabric is Polyester. #1-800-237-5751.

I am also looking for Mickey costume. I have 4yr old twins and we are going to MNSSHP on 10/28. My daughter is wearing the Minnie dress from DS but nothing for him. I think I'm going to pot on black leggings(my husband will hate that I'm doing this) with red shorts over them, a long steeved black tee shirt and buy him Mickey ears in Disney and if I remember correctly you can buty Mickey's gloves in the MK. It will be close and he will be comfortable walking and riding all over the MK.

Icetwins - we did the exact same thing when we went to MNSSHP, only both my husband (44 at the time) and son (4 at the time) wore black tights (yes, tights), red shorts with white buttons, black mock turtlenecks, white gloves, black noses and Mickey ears. I wore a red dress with white iron-on spots, black tights, white gloves and Minnie ears. I made yellow shoe covers out of felt to put over our shoes. We looked great!! We had so much fun.

Our Disney Store in Canada sells Mickey Costumes in smaller sizes-toddler I believe. Good luck!

Our TDS only had the Mickey costumes up to size 24 months. They told me to call every Tuesday and Thursday after 11:00 b/c those were their shipping days and they would hold one for me...but I keep forgetting to call. My DS would probably be happier as Pooh anyway!!

The largest is 24 months but the Disney costumes run BIG, so I am sure it will fit. Their web page says 18-24 months size fits 33-36 in, 26-29 lbs (age 24 mos to 2T or XXS ).

It costs $ 22.99. We live in Georgia too, so I understand about not getting something hot. My son wore something similar to this and he went "commando" underneath (well, except he had on underwear)

Also, order it online and use the DISNEYSTORE coupon (hurry, I think it expires soon) and you will save 20%! (it will be $ 18.39).

You will have to pay shipping but it sure beats running from place to place and stressing.

for your replies. Sorry to take so long in getting back, I have not had a computer for a few weeks. Anyways, about a week ago I called Disney merhcandising AND TDS catalogue to inquiry about a MM costume. They BOTH told me they weren't made this year. So I just ordered my DD's Alice costume. Well today it arrived, along with a current TDS catalogue. Guess what!!! Both MM costumes are in there!! The sorceror Mickey AND the MM toddler that would have been great!!! Except just yesterday I ordered from BADPLANET.com for $32 !!! GRR I ca't believe they both told me no, when it was not so. Oh well. I also have decided to take all 3 of my kids, if anyone remembers my 1 adult with 3 kids post. I just decided that I couldn't leave the eldest at home, and worse comes to worse we will sit tin the hotel if they don;t want to behave for me at the parks. I think we will be OK However, I may regret it LOL

I just looked at their return policy an they don't allow returns, unless they send the wrong costume, or an even exchange. Oh well We are leaving on the 18th anyways so I should have enough time for them to get here
