Please help me find this song (spaceship earth)

I have 2 different theme park CDs with music from the theme parks... I was just at WDW in september and my BF and I road spaceship earth 4 times in one day simply because the music was SO BEAUTIFUL especially at the end when you're in "space" and see the little city with all the beautiful lights. I was SO excited to get the new happiest celebration on earth cd while there .. but.. the song in the cd is "tomorrow's child" for spaceship earth. I dont' even think that's played inthis ride anymore.. anyway I'd do anything to get the song that IS currently playing in this ride ANYONE have ANY idea if that's even possible?

I know the song you are talking about. Yes, it is very beautiful and always makes DH & I feel so melancholy when we hear it.

I found it at www.soundofmagic.com. It's called "finale" and was composed by Ido Guidoti. You can open the mp3 file or save it to disk.

THANK YOU Debbie I'm so excited to have this now it is, embarressingly enough, one of the things I miss most about epcot. The parks were basically empty when we went and so some times I seemed to have spaceship earth to ourselves and bf even fell asleep to the song and movement.. I got teary eyed at that point every time.. the lights.. the beautiful song.. I'm going to burn it to cd tonight

Well, the site is a bit complex and navigation can be difficult until you get the "hang of it".

Here's the path to click your way to the Spaceship Earth "Finale" music...

Click on the links I marked with the "arrow" (>)

Splash Page:
>Welcome.

Left Menu:
>SOUNDS OF MAGIC

Second to Left Menu:
>EPCOT

Epcot Page:
>Futureworld

Future World Page:
(scroll down to SPACESHIP EARTH)
>Finale

It should play at that point.

I am unable to get any of the songs to work. I can get to the place where yoiu can click on play under the title finale, but I get nothing. Can anyone help out? I am on a dial-up connection, does this matter?

I followed the links in this thread because I've always loved Spaceship Earth and thought the music might be fun, and in addition to that I found my Epcot FOUNTAIN music!!!

Dial-up will be S - L - O - W to load, but you should be able to listen.

You WILL need the proper (free) software for your browser to be able to play the files.

It looks like they are in "QuickTime" format.

See if installing that will fix you up!
