Please help me decide!

Planning a trip to Vero in January 2009...which would you do? It will be me and DH (54), DD (34) and DGS (3). On a previous trip we had an OVIR right next to the Green Cabin Room and it was fabulous. We like the convenience of being in the Inn, and the ocean view. But with the little guy, it might be nice to have a 2BR with the kitchen and living room, laundry, etc. It's only a difference of about 10 points, if I'm reading it correctly.

What would you do???

Kitchen is nice, as is the washer/dryer for little ones. It wasn't enough to sway me away from voting for the OVIRs and that wonderful view!

However if you want more living space for your family, the two bedroom is the way to go.

We love both the OVIR and the 1brm, so we alternate from one trip to the next. We're empty nesters so the OVIR is ok for us, but I'm thinking if our kids were still young we'd be doing the 1bdrm. So I voted for the 2bdrm.

Now for you it is possible to get a 2bdrm with an ocean view if you choose a 2bdrm (lock-off) in building 15 or 12 (2nd or 3rd floor) you have a pretty good view of the ocean.

DH and I have two kids, and we're willing to compromise the best of views for a nice view with a kitchen/washer/dryer. When our kids were a little smaller, we actually spent more time in the room than we do now, because they still napped and couldn't stay up late. Just something to consider, as either way, you'll have a great time!

Sorry...didn't vote b/c I have never stayed in a 2br, just an OVIR, which we loved. Can someone give more info. about the 2BR views? Are they not good? We were thinking of booking one next Sept.
