Please help me decide- RPR or HRH

I can get RPR for $179/night or HRH for $199/night in November. It will be me, DH, and our 2 children ages in November 4 and 13. Is HRH worth $20 more a night?

For $20 more, I'd go with the HRH. It's a closer walk to/from the parks.
That way, one of you could go over with the 13 year old to ride the coasters, while the other does the kiddie stuff with the 4 year old.
The HRH rates have been going up, so you midas well go now before they're out of reach. Plus the hotel seems to "lose" reservations during the busy months. There shouldn't be a problem in November. After making your reservation, be sure to call to make sure they still have it, and bring your confirmation paper.

Then when you come back next year, you can visit the RPR.

i vote for HRH too! i loved RPR but i think that your 13 year old will like HRH pool & atmosphere more. your 4 year old will love either so i would pay the extra money for HRH.

Personally we much preferred the atmosphere at the RPR...I was just not wild about the music theme that followed you everywhere and the RPR was sucha beautiful relaxing place. We always used the boat to the parks...fun ride. We stayed in concierge rooms at both places and there was no comparison in the level of service....RPR was FAR superior to the HRH....to each his own however.

We like both but I like the pool at the RPR resort better for kids. My little ones love to play on the ship. Really you cant go wrong with etiher resort.

I can't speak for HRH, but the pool at RPR was excellent! My husband and son played for hours. They have a volleyball net in the pool and a nice play area for kids. I worked on my tan and ordered smoothies and snacks from the bar while they played. It was terrific!

Ditto! We stayed at RPR and the kids loved the pool. It was so relaxing and there was always a chair by the pool. My vote goes to RPR!
