Please help me decide (HOTEL)

I have booked POP for aug 17 - 23
Now I am not sure if I want to bump up to moderate or not

This is my 2nd trip and I stayed at PORS last itime and LOVED it

How does the transportation compare between the 2?

HELP!!!!!!!

I would definitely give it a go.

Pop's transportation is pretty far from most places - it's secluded from a lot of the rest of the Resort.

PORs would definitely be a better bet in transportation, depending on the location... In my opinion, of course.

on avg, the bus times between the resort with the fastest buses, vs the resort with slowest buses is 8 min. Don't try to second guess the bus system by picking a resort that you think will be shorter or faster based on location... the monorail resorts are fast to MK but take a little longer to everywhere else... you can walk to epcot from BC YC and BW but buses to elsewhere again take a little longer.

Do you consider your room a place to sleep, wash and get back to the parks as soon as possible, or are you going to lounge around your room all day? If a room is just a place to sleep and you are commando on the parks all day... stick with Pop. If you wanna lounge around a hotel when you are a short bud ride from the coolest theme parks in the known universe... well you can lounge at your local motel 6 too.

We stayed at POP last August and the bus service was great. Actually better then when we stayed at Wilderness Lodge in the past. I would give it a try! This year we are staying at CBR as part of our land/sea package however I would stay at POP again in a heart beat!
