please help hubby cant get the UK ETA photo

Yesterday I was ble to get my UK ETA had a few issues but got through them
today were doing DH and hes having issues getting the photo to take

hes tried in several different spots in the house and they all come up to take another one
he doesnt know what to do
the pics looks really no different then the one I did for myself yesterday

any suggestions hes getting rather fustrated
usually Im the one that has the issues

hes tried everything we could think of to get this to go through with no luck

Sorry to bother everyone. We finally got it. Pic looks terrible but it went through
It ended up just to keep his eyes straight ahead and looking up
