please help..have a question...

we are leaving in 10 days, I made my reservations online and they are paid in full, I was expecting to get something by mail, I thought the tags would be mailed to me but now I'm afraid it will be too late as we live outside the u.s.

What do I do?

Even if you call Disney they could transfure you to ME. 1800.828.0288. I would have thought you would have gotten them by now. Buy the uggliest materal you can find, about a 1/2 yard, tie it to all your luggage, then when you get to the ME counter tell them you never got you tags and you have 6 suitcases tied with this stuff that need to be picked up and brought to your room. Then you dont have to find all your luggage. They will take care of it. Mum

Yep, you will have to give them your luggage slips that you get when you check your luggage. It also wouldn't hurt to give them a picture of the luggage to aid them in finding it. You could also pick your own luggage at baggage claim and take it to the bus with you.

Just make sure to call ME to make sure they have you in the system, if you are, you will be fine...

Call DME directly...866-599-0951. Make sure they have you in their system. No, you won't get the info packet in time to use the luggage tags, but you have two options. You could hand over your baggage claim receipts to the CM at the DME checkin desk, and give them that description of your bags, then they will send someone to baggage claim to get the bags and get them to your resort. Or...you can just head to baggage claim yourself, before heading down to DME checkin. Take your bags with you, to checkin at the desk. Then, your bags will go underneath the bus you are riding on.

But, be sure to give them a call...just to make sure everything is correct in their system.
