In NJ here too. I will keep a disposable in my purse for a while and read the sign on the way into a store, etc. I think this NJ state wide, 14 month long mandate is going to take a while to walk-back in the minds of people, both business owners and patrons alike. I 'd rather *not* wear one, but don't care if I am required. I'm so used to wearing one now. It's fine as long as the place has a/c. Now if a private place required masks and had no a/c, I'd pass on that during the summer, for sure.NJ Resident here. Went today to a nearby Boscov's ( PA/NJ department store). They still had signs up requiring masks. We plan on having one with us since the State has said individual business can set their own rules when it comes to masks.
